1)Flower arrangements, cakes etc shown here are indicative. We do our best to give better result than shown. It may be possible that actual image shown varies due to availability of flowers, cakes(may be shape flavour) and other reasons beyond our control.
2)Individual Brand owners will be responsible for the quality of product.
You can lodge complaints on them through us, if the quality is not found
up to the mark.
3) If ordered flowers, cakes, sweets and other hand delivered gift items are not available in the respective city or town, we shall deliver available best quality flowers,cake,sweets other similar gift items of equal value available in that particular city or town.
4) Discount: A customer can avail the discount for the order if he/she places the order for the second time with us for that the first order need to be successful.If the first order is unsuccessful ie transaction failure or order gets cancelled by the customer due to personal reasons then the customer cannot avail the discount for the second order
5)Rainbowfloristworld.com reserves the right to refuse delivery of any order without assigning any reason whatsoever to the customer. However, in all such cases Rainbowfloristworld.com will refund the amount paid by customer in full.
6) Orders received after 3Pm IST shall get processed as next day orders. However we will try our best to get the order delivered on that very same day. A phone call after placement of such urgent orders will be appreciated.
7)The various logos/Trademark backed by product being sold by us on the website belong to respective companies and they are the owner of said Logo/Trademark.
8)The price quoted in our website is inclusive of delivery charges within city limits of 10 kms radius. Any delivery to outside city limits or to village area will cost anything between $1to $8.
9)Midnight Charges to any Place will cost extra depending upon the place and it will be anything between Rs $4-$8
10)We do give gurantee on date, but we don’t give gurantee on time (because it depends on certain reasons like non availability of delivery boys at that requested time natural calamites etc). Howeever we try our level best to deliver the gift at the requested time, for that we request our customers to mention the delivery time on our special instruction column.
11) In case of any complaint against the quality of product we shall redeliver the product subject to satisfaction of recipient. But all such claim should be raised within 24 Hours of delivery. Refund can also be made depending on nature of complaint and any decision to refund is sole prerogative of the owner of the website.
12) In case a customer wants to cancel an order he needs to do it atleast 24 Hours before the date of delivery or the date of shipment. However in all such cases 12% of the ordered amount will be deducted towards credit card processing expenses.
